We only accept returns for items that are:

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos or videos showing:
The issue with the product
The packaging (if applicable)
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
Once we receive your evidence:
We will review the claim.
If approved, we may offer either:
A replacement item, or
A refund (where appropriate).
In some cases, we may require the item to be returned for inspection before issuing a resolution.
Items must not be further used once a fault is identified and reported.
Returns are not accepted for:

Dissatisfaction unrelated to product fault
Items that function as described
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

If a chargeback is opened without prior communication:
We reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery, communication history, and policy acceptance.
If the product is delivered and retained while a chargeback is pursued, further action may be taken.
